Terms of Service

Any commissions over 20$, I require a down payment of 50% before I start, then the other half before I send the finished image.

I accept payment through PayPal or CashApp.

You might have to pay a bit extra, especially if you are not paying with USD, as there is a fee.

50% refund for any unfinished comission.

I cannot give refunds for any finished comission.

Please be as detailed as possible when describing what you'd like in your commission. (Order details, Reference images for poses and the character you'd like to be drawn, photos, etc.)

If there are small or complex details, please send close-ups.

Any additional information sent should be, clear, brief, and related to the commission.

After I disclose the price of the commission, you need to pay the 50% down payment before I will start.

I will send progress pictures between each stage of drawing (Sketch, lineart, flat color, rendering)

All progress photos will be watermarked, except for the finished image after you've paid.

Finished Image can be a a different file type on request, but I typically use PNG.

Commission progress can also be viewed on Trello.

If I forget certain details that were said or indicated on the character reference.

Edits before lineart/color are free unless you want me to completely change the drawing.

After 3 changes during/after lineart/color, I charge 3$ for each change.

If you want changes on finished/nearly finished work, I charge 5$ for each edit.

If you want complicated detail changes, changes to details that weren't disclosed before or indicated in references, there is a 5$ fee for each of these as well.

The typical deadline for commissions can vary depending on complexity, my schedule, other commissions- the wait can be 2 weeks to 6 months.

If you don't/can't wait that long, you can request your art to be finished faster, and pay a rush fee.

A rush fee can vary in cost depending on how fast you want it done. it can range from 30-75% of the total cost of the art, again, depending on how close you want the deadline to be.

You ignore the progress pictures (Saying nothing after they're sent/ not giving any reaction within a week)

You want something on my Won't Draw list.

If you give an unreasonable deadline that I can't work with.

You're being rude.

Personal/Political Reasons

After you get the final piece and are satisfied with it, I will usually post it on my socials with my watermark, and you tagged. If you wish to not be tagged when I post the work, please disclose so.

You can't ask for any more changes/edits after the art is posted.

If you'd prefer I not post your commission, there is a 75% fee.

If you do not respond to the finished art within a week, I consider the work completed, and will post it without your permission.
